Job title: Daily nanny
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 08.00 – 18.00

Pay rate: £1,500 per month gross & mileage allowance
Main duties:
The nanny will mainly be responsible for the baby as the oldest child is in school full time during term time and father usually does the morning school run so nanny will only be doing afternoon school pick up (Rhiwbina Primary) 5 minutes from family home by car.
Both parents are doctors and although they try and organise their schedules so that only one of them is working late occasionally their shifts do clash which will mean that they will need the nanny to stay late; however there will be flexibility for the nanny to have some time off during the week if this happens.
Nanny will need to be registered with the Child Care Approval Scheme.
In September 2011 the hours will reduce to 35 hours a week, the employers will negotiate this reduction with the nanny if she / he wishes to take another part-time position or the job can be offered as a temporary contract until September.
Job title: Part-time nanny
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 07.30 - 09.00 / 14.30 – 18.00

Children: 17 years, 15 years, 5 years and 4 years

Pay rate: Negotiable & mileage allowance
Main duties:
The nanny will care mainly for younger children as older children are independent.
Nanny will help get children ready for school in the mornings and school drop off is no later than 08.50 at St. Johns College, approximately a 20 minutes car journey.
Nanny will then be back for afternoon to include preparing a meal for children and collecting them from school at 15.20, to take children to afterschool activities etc.
During school holidays there will be scope for extra hours and there is flexibility in hours and extra hours available for housekeeping if nanny is interested.
Both parents are doctors so some flexibility / late working will be required occasionally.

Job title: Part-time temporary mother’s help
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 09.00 – 15.00 although there is flexibility
Area: Canton
Children: (B) 14 months, (G) new-born
Driver with own car needed: Preferred but not essential
Start date: As soon as possible April 2011
Pay rate: £6 per hour gross – self employed
Main duties:
Mother’s help needed to help mother who is on maternity leave following the birth of her baby. Duties will include helping with toddler, taking him to playgroup, walks to the park etc. and helping mum with baby, loading laundry, dishwasher, general housework and cleaning.
Mum is a doctor and she lives alone with the children so may need some occasional overnight help to allow her to get good night’s sleep!
Temporary contract for about 12 weeks initially although could be extended.

Job title: Part-time temporary mother’s help

Hours: 12.30 – 18.00
Area: Penarth

Start date: April until July 2011
Pay rate: £7 per hour self employed
Main duties:
Sensitive mother’s help needed to help care for two children aged 4 years and 2 years. Duties include dropping off and collecting 4 year old from nursery in Penarth and organising play activities for both children, preparing snacks and tea for the children. Other duties will include helping with washing, ironing, cleaning and shopping.
