Our reputation is important to us and we only recruit the highest calibre of staff for our clients; so to register with us as a nanny you will need a formal childcare qualification and 12 months experience as working as a nanny or if you do not hold a qualification you will need 2 years experience as a nanny. Maternity nurses will need to have previous experience in this type of position
Parent’s helps will need to hold a formal childcare qualification and be able to demonstrate that they have the right skills and aptitude for this type of role
Au Pairs are required to demonstrate that they have a real interest in caring for children and can register on-line for positions with families
Babysitters are required to hold a formal childcare qualification
All childcare staff registering with our agency will be required to attend an interview, provide references and undertake an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau; we also recommend that candidates hold current certificates in First Aid and Food Hygiene
