Many of our nannies and qualified nursery nurses are available for babysitting at evenings, weekends and can also provide daytime cover if required. Our same recruitment and selection procedures and commitment to customer service applies to our local babysitting service as it does to our nanny service so parents can have peace of mind when they need to use a babysitter to care for their children
About our babysitters
All of our babysitters are qualified nursery nurses. Each of our babysitters will have an Enhanced Disclosure from the CRB and we check all references

We would advise all parents to book in advance to avoid disappointment but we will always try to accommodate your requirements even if it is at short notice. Temp nanny service
Nannies on the Net is proud to introduce a complete solution to your childcare requirements and introduces our ‘temp’ nanny service. Temp nannies are available for as little as 4 hours per day and can be booked in the same way as our babysitters
What is a ‘temp’ nanny?
Parents might consider using the services of a ‘temp’ or temporary nanny in the following circumstances:
- Inset days
- To care for your children whilst your regular nanny is away because of sickness, holidays etc
- To care for your children so that you can enjoy time away, special events etc
